At the eastern edge of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, Aït Benhaddou stands suspended in time. The ancient mud-brick city is no longer teeming with the crowds of people who once lived here. But small markets lie within the fortified city and a few families cater to visitors who come to walk through its historic streets. Many movies and television shows have used Aït Benhaddou as a filming location, not surprising, given its spectacular appearance. Most often it's used as a stand-in for Biblical cities, but 'Game of Thrones' fans may recognise the city as Yunkai, a slave-trade hub in the show’s fictional world.
Aït Benhaddou , ⴰⵢⵜ ⴱⴻⵏⵃⴰⴷⴷⵓ;, آيت بن حدّو is a historic ighrem or ksar (fortified village) along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech in present-day Morocco. It is considered a great example of Moroccan earthen clay architecture and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.

The site of the ksar has been fortified since the 11th century during the Almoravid period. None of the current buildings are believed to date from before the 17th century, but they were likely built with the same construction methods and designs as had been used for centuries before. The site's strategic importance was due to its location in the Ounila Valley along one of the main trans-Saharan trade routes. The Tizi n'Tichka pass, which was reached via this route, was one of the few routes across the Atlas Mountains, crossing between Marrakech and the Dra'a Valley on the edge of the Sahara.Other kasbahs and ksour were located all along this route, such as the nearby Tamdaght to the north.
Today, the ksar itself is only sparsely inhabited by several families. The depopulation over time is a result of the valley's loss of strategic importance in the 20th century. Most local inhabitants now live in modern dwellings in the village on the other side of the river, and make a living off agriculture and especially off the tourist trade. In 2011 a new pedestrian bridge was completed linking the old ksar with the modern village, with the aim of making the ksar more accessible and to potentially encourage inhabitants to move back into its historic houses.

Om Namaḥ Sivaya is one of the most popular Hindu mantras and the most important mantra in shaivism. Namah Shivaya means "O salutations to the auspicious one!", or “adoration to Lord Shiva", or "universal consciousness is one". It is called Siva Panchakshara, or Shiva Panchakshara or simply Panchakshara meaning the "five-syllable" mantra (viz., excluding the OM) and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This Mantra appears as 'Na' 'Ma' 'Śi' 'Vā' and 'Ya' in the Shri Ruthram hymn which is a part of the Krishna Yajurvedha and also in the Rudrashtadhyayi which is a part of the Shukla Yajurvedha.
This mantra is associated with qualities of prayer, divine-love, grace, truth, and blissfulness. When done correctly, it calms the mind and brings spiritual insight and knowledge. It also keeps the devotee close to Shiva and within His protective global fellowship.
Traditionally, it is accepted to be a powerful healing mantra beneficial for all physical and mental ailments. Soulful recitation of this mantra brings peace to the heart and joy to the Atman or soul. Many Hindu teachers consider that the recitation of these syllables is sound therapy for the body and nectar for the Ātman.The nature of the mantra is the calling upon the higher self; it is the calling upon Shiva.

भगवान गणेश व माता लक्ष्मी जी के निम्न मन्त्रों का बुधवार को 108 बार जाप व पूजा-अर्चना करने वाले श्रद्धालुओं पर गणपति व माता श्री लक्ष्मी की विशेष कृपा बरसती है साथ ही विद्या-बुद्धि प्रवर्तक तथा व्यापार में आने वाले अवरोधों को दूर किया जा सकता है।जप करने के लिए सुबह स्नानादि करके स्वच्छ वस्त्र धारण करें। उसके बाद श्रीगणेश को हल्दी मिले पीले चावल व देवी लक्ष्मी का कुंकुम मिले चावल की ढेरी पर विराजित करें।
